Electronic copy of manuscript is received from contributors with the understanding that they comprise original unpublished materials and are not being submitted for publication elsewhere. The Journal accept articles with not more than 10 per cent plagiarism level.
The manuscript must be type-written in Times New Roman font, and its length must not exceed 8000 words including abstracts, notes, references, charts, figures, etc. The title, name and affiliate of every author should be given separately on the cover page of the article. The topic of the manuscript should be in a sentence pattern. An abstract of 150 to 200 words should precede the main text. The abstract should include; purpose, design/methodology, findings, practical/policy implications. Keywords should be 5 to 6 words that reflects the core area of the manuscript.
The main text should include an introduction (with literature review inclusive), theoretical consideration (optional), methodology, findings, discussion, conclusion, and references.
Tables and graphs should be indicated in the text showing the name of the author(s), dates of publication and page numbers where necessary. Examples (Edem, 2010:15) ,(7th edition APA Format), full references should be presented at the end of the paper in an alphabetical order, thus, Edem, A. (2010) The Law of Harvest, Calabar: Unical Press.
All manuscripts are submitted via the Multi-Disciplinary Journal of Research and Development Perspectives submission portal and where there is difficulty contact the editor via info@mjrdp-unical.com
PEER REVIEW POLICY
All manuscripts submitted are subjected to similarity index test. Successful manuscripts are peer reviewed following the procedure as follows: Firstly, this Journal employs a double blind reviewing strategy, where both the Reviewer and Author remain anonymous throughout the process, while reviewers are matched to paper according to their expertise.
On our part, we constantly review and update our data base. Secondly, reviewers are strictly required to ascertain whether the manuscripts submitted are:
- Original
- Methodologically sound
- Meets appropriate publication ethical guidelines
- Contain results which are clearly presented and support the conclusions provided
- Correctly referenced in relation to previous relevant scholarly works.
- Make clear synergy with policy and interrogations of international interests.
Reviewers are NOT expected to correct or copy-edit manuscripts. Language correction is not part of the peer review process. Referees' personal opinions are not required
